<p>The present invention relates to an image processing method and a device for the same and, more particularly, to an image processing method for mitigating image deterioration due to a chromatic aberration not through hardware but through a software algorithm of an image processing block in an image sensor and to a device for the same. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the image processing method according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: calculating a maximum value, a minimum value, and an average value of each of red, green, and blue pixels in a unit area; determining whether at least one center pixel in the unit area is a pixel having a chromatic aberration by determining whether an offset of the calculated maximum and minimum values of each of the red, green, and blue pixels is greater than a reference value; correcting the value of the red or blue center pixel when the center pixel is the red or blue pixel having a color aberration as the result of the determination; and maintaining the value of the green center pixel when the center pixel is the green pixel having a chromatic aberration as the result of the determination.</p> |
