PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel testing method of random number followed by performance assurance by testing capable of achieving uniform independent property achieved with high accuracy in a probability statistical point and a sufficient long period, and two novel generation mechanisms of a multiplication congruence method suitable for the achievement.SOLUTION: Independence of a multiplication congruence method random number array is improved by giving easy and strong testing design performed by two-dimensional spectrum testing in low-dimensional powers of a multiplier z in addition to conventional spectrum testing. In addition, a construction for using the product of two odd prime powers is used for reducing difficulty of an increasing testing calculation amount, and new design for achieving advantageous deviation or detune of a partial period for achieving a longer usable period of the random number array is added. Thereby, the uniform independent random number having further excellent probability statistical property is easily produced. |
