PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for advanced real-time IP communication in a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal that generates a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) call and a legacy line call and comprises an LTE (Long Term Evolution) modem and a legacy modem, transmits/receives SMS (Short Message Service) messages via the LTE modem or the legacy modem. Furthermore, the mobile terminal capable of RCS (Rich Communications Services) functions dynamically selects radio. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol module) stack functions are distributed over different processors in the mobile terminal, and directed to different network interfaces. |
