<p>The technology of the present invention relates to a preamplifier and to a comparator and an analog-digital converter using the same and, more specifically, to a preamplifier having a multi differential input pair (namely, a multi differential input end) and to a comparator and an analog-digital converter using the same. The amplifier may include: an output end to output a coarse conversion result and a fine conversion result; a coarse differential input end to output a coarse conversion result through the output end by amplifying a difference between an input voltage (Vin) and a coarse ramping voltage (Coarse Vramp), when the coarse ramping voltage becomes smaller than the input voltage; and a fine differential input end to output a fine conversion result through the output end when a zero crossing is generated by amplifying a difference between a fine ramping voltage (Fine Vramp) and a bias voltage (Vbias) and compensating an output voltage in which a difference between an input voltage and a coarse ramping voltage is amplified.</p> |
