The present invention provides a heating grid for pizza, which forms a physically single structure to mutually deliver heat by being connected or becoming one body on the same plane, and comprises a metal grid having an open space to outside, a fixating unit attached to the lower side of the grid to support the grid and maintaining a vertically fixed height of the lower surface of the grid from the bottom floor, and a heat introduction unit connected to the lower surface of the grid and delivering the outside heat to the grid via a separate heating means. According to the present invention, pizza can be prevented from soaking due to the moisture generated on the surface of pizza, and the taste and flavor of just baked pizza can be maintained. |
