The present invention provides a touch detecting apparatus which includes a plurality of sensor pads which is arranged in a plurality of lines and columns and forms touch capacity between touch input apparatuses. A plurality of slits which is separated at regular intervals is formed in the sensor pads respectively. Each slit is extended to form regular angles with the longitudinal direction of the slit and a line direction or a column direction of the sensor pads.
