<p>The present invention relates to a rice pearl wherein the workability of the rice pearl is easy and, the rice pearl has no problems when cooked three or six months or more after molding. In the present invention, moreover, existing problems like spreading or a long time boiling of the rice pearl can be solved by restoring the rice pearl within 10 and 20 seconds, remarkably reducing cooking time and, when the rice pearl is cooked, the rice pearl does not stick. In the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of rice pearl whose main ingredient is rice powder and, which maintains flexible texture of the rice pearl and has an outstanding the workability and the productivity of the rice pearl. The manufacturing method of the rice pearl whose main ingredient is rice powder with starch type, gum type, and saccharide type comprises the steps of steaming the ingredients and extruding the same by an extruder designed according to processes; molding the same in a spherical shape, a circumference shape, an oval shape and a polygons shape; and cooling and aging the same.</p> |
