<p>The present invention relates to an artificial wood composition using waste clothes and artificial woods using the same and, more specifically, to an artificial wood composition using waste clothes which reuses waste clothes with excellent physical properties and chemical properties while including wood flour of artificial woods as main ingredients in order to prevent environmental problems, and to artificial woods using the same. The artificial wood composition using waste clothes comprises: (a) 30-70 wt% of conventional wood flour (sawdust); (b) 20-60 wt% of waste clothes polymer-pulverized by forcibly evaporating moisture by being infiltrated into fibrous textiles by rotational force and frictional force between the waste clothes by inducing heat by frictional force between the waste clothes by rotating the waste clothes in which pure waste clothes separated from foreign materials are extracted, and being fused by being extruded at 120-250°C after being pulverized into a size of 10-25 mm by generating physical collisions when heat-generating temperature reaches the melting starting temperature of the waste clothes; (c) 5-20 wt% of one among thermoplastic polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE); and (d) 5-20 wt% of subsidiary materials for addition.</p> |
