A washing cubicle 1 to at least enable cleansing of a user, either by themselves or by another, the washing cubicle being of unitary construction, save for said entrance way and shaped to locate over, or incorporate, a toilet, the washing cubicle comprising or including a seat portion 15 for a user to sit on, walls 3, 4, 5, 6 and floor 2 to enclose the seat portion 15 on all sides and from below including at least one wall or portion that can be selectively opened and closed to form an entrance way 8 to the seat portion 15, a drain point 22 at a low point of the walls 3, 4, 5, 6 and floor 2 to allow flow of cleaning materials to drain and a second drain point located on the seat portion that can open onto the toilet. The seat portion is scalloped or otherwise shaped about the second drain point to allow access for cleaning the user’s lower body. The user can sit in the seat portion 15, close the entrance way 8 and wash themselves or be washed. The cleaning materials then flow out the drain points, and does not pool substantially, as the user washes or is washed. |
