The invention relates to a process for preparing cement concrete. According to the invention, the process consists in the preliminary hydration, up to saturation, of the recycled aggregate grains having a size of minimum 4 mm, with cement solution in suspension, in mixing them for 20 s, after which the remainder of water and usual additives is added and the mixing continues for other 3 min, wherefrom there results a cement concrete with an improved mechanical resistance.
