The present invention relates to an electric roaster with a cooling storage unit and, more specifically, to an electric roaster which includes an additional cooling storage unit integrated with the electric roaster for a user to have cool drinks receiving heat generated in the electric roaster. The present invention has a purpose of providing an electric roaster with a cooling storage unit which replaces an easily damaged halogen lamp with a carbon heater, detachably combines an insulator, which supports combination and weight of the carbon heater when both ends of the carbon heater are electrically contacted, with the outer side of the roaster body not to be exposed to a remaining substance of a roasted product taken in to the insulator, and have even an area difficult to be cleaned of the insulator to be easily cleaned to maintain the product clean to extend the service lifetime, and make the replacement of the carbon heater easy by the insulator attached and detached form the outer side. |
