The sensor has an elastically deformable hose (1) that is provided with a cavity. A pressure sensor (3) is provided for detecting the pressure change in the cavity of the hose. The pressure sensor on the housing is attached to the connection pipe component (2) and the hose provided with an adhesive (4.1-4.4). The connection pipe component is provided with the adhesive. The hose is pushed through the connection pipe component provided with a notch (2.4) in which hardened glue is accumulated. An independent claim is included for method for assembly of crash sensor.
