The process for production of diesel biofuel from waste oils comprises filtering process with removing of attendant impurities, neutralization of free fatty acids, oil washing with saline solution and water, purifying from admixtures, and interetherification. The waste oil is used having free fatty acids content of 40-95 mg KOH/g, and neutralization thereof is carried out by holding of interetherification reaction with concentrated sulphuric acid– threefold 10% from the mass for 2 hours at the temperature of 60-65 °C at continuous mixing with isolation of water and alcohol. At that methanol and sulphuric acid are taken in molar ratio of 9:1 and directed for interetherification with addition of methanol and the catalyst - KOH. |
