PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing the growth promoting effect of a plant cultivation method that uses artificial light irradiation to promote plant growth.SOLUTION: In a plant cultivation method including a process of carrying out red light irradiation to the plant and blue light irradiation to the plant separately in a certain period of time, the temperature in the plant cultivating environment during the red light irradiation period is set lower than that during the blue light irradiation period. Preferably, the temperature in the plant cultivating environment during the red light irradiation period is 12°C-19°C at 40%-90% moisture and that during the blue light irradiation period is 20°C-25°C at 40%-90% moisture. |
