PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector having a film mirror reducing a rate of diffusion light and excellent in specularity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the reflector.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a reflector having a base material, an adhesive layer and a film mirror in the order includes: an adhesive layer forming step for forming the adhesive layer by applying adhesive to one surface of the base material; a surface smoothing step for reducing a ten-point average roughness Rz on an opposite side surface of the adhesive layer to the base material; a cooling step for reducing adhesive force of the adhesive by cooling the adhesive layer; and a film mirror formation step for superposing a film mirror to the opposite side surface of the adhesive layer to the base material and then performing heating and pressurizing processing to produce a reflector having the film mirror, in the order. |
