PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic that supplies the hair with softness and moderate setting properties, has excellent hair setting force, slightly causes stickiness and roughness in application, supplies good finger-combability and excellent gloss, has high set durability even after drying and finishing, has excellent shampoo and further inhibitory effects on hair damage. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic includes the following materials (A) to (C): (A) a polyoxyethylene jojoba oil; (B) a diglycerol polyoxypropylene adduct; and (C) a water emulsion type silicone emulsion.
