1. A removable and replaceable pivot device for use with a baseball training apparatus having a recessed pivot area for receiving said pivot device, said pivot device comprising:
a top surface and a bottom surface, and being substantially circular in shape; a bearing surface positioned between said top surface and said bottom surface; said bottom surface being substantially complementary with said recessed pivot area and comprising a releasable securement means capable of releasably securing said bottom surface within said recessed pivot area of said baseball training apparatus.
