<p>PURPOSE: A method for supplying vulcanizing steam using oil collected when a waste tire carbonizes is provided to save the fuel cost required to generate steam by recycling the oil. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying vulcanizing steam comprises: a step of crushing the waste tire by injecting a granulator(204); a step of passing a magnetic separator(206) to remove a metallic component included to a crushed waste tire chip; a step of injecting the crushed waste tire chip to a carbonizing machine(80); a step of generating oil and volatile gas by carbonizing the waste tire chip in the carbonizing machine; a step of generating steam by heating a boiler(110) through supplying the oil in the boiler; and a step of supplying the steam to a vulcanizing mold.
