PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a compression ratio of a compressor.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle apparatus 1A includes an evaporator 21, a condenser 23, a refrigerant passage 2, a first circuit 10, a second circuit 8, a drive path 7, and an ejector 5. The refrigerant passage 2 extends from the evaporator 21 to the condenser 23 and is a passage for leading refrigerant vapor from the evaporator 21 to the condenser 23. A first compressor 22 is arranged in the refrigerant passage 2. The refrigerant passage 2 includes a portion 3 located upstream from the first compressor 22 and a portion 4 located downstream from the first compressor 22. The ejector 5 is arranged on the upstream side portion 3 of the refrigerant passage 2. The drive path 7 is branched from a branch point B located on the downstream side portion 4 of the refrigerant passage 2. Refrigerant vapor discharged from the first compressor 22 is led to the condenser 23 and the ejector 5 through the drive path 7. |
