A process for low temperature synthesis of rod-like nanoparticles of titanium (IV) oxide comprises hydrolysis of salts based on Ti, curing of hydrolysis solution in time, separation of solid phase from solution, washing, drying and grinding, and allows preparing of nanoscale rod-like particles of titanium (IV) oxide of rutile phase with high value of specific surface area directly after stage of hydrolytic precipitation and is energy- and material-saving. |
