PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a collector for a secondary battery, having a plating layer on a surface thereof, made of a resin, and capable of improving adhesion between a base material and the plating layer; a method for manufacturing the collector; and a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A collector for a secondary battery includes: a base material having a plurality of fine spaces inside thereof, having a structure where the fine spaces are communicated to be connected to the outermost surface, and made of a resin; a catalyst part formed after a surface of the base material including an internal surface of the fine spaces has been modified, and including Pd or Ag; and a plating layer formed on a surface of the catalyst layer and including Cu or Ni. |
