The present invention relates to an apparatus for packing a vehicle in a protective film and a method for packing a vehicle in a protective film, capable of coating and packing a vehicle with a protective film. The present invention provides the apparatus for packing a vehicle in a protective film and a packing method using the apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a transferring means loading and transferring a plurality of vehicles; a pressing roller pressing a heat-shrinkable protective film onto a vehicle; a heat source supplier shrinking the heat-shrinkable protective film by heating the heat-shrinkable protective film; a vertical axis moving means vertically moving the pressing roller and the heat source supplier; a cutter cutting the heat-shrinkable protective film packed between the vehicles; and a control unit controlling the operation of the pressing roller and the heat source supplier. According to the present invention, a plurality of vehicles are coated and packed with protective films on which heat-shrinking is applied using the pressing roller and the heat source supplier which are vertically moved while the vehicles are transferred by the moving means, thereby packing the entire surface of a vehicle in a continuous and automated process within a short period of time.
