PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit formation method capable of eliminating a malfunction of a circuit by easily removing carriers even though the carriers are stuck to a ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: In this circuit formation method using electrophotography, wherein a circuit pattern-shaped electrostatic latent image is formed on the surface of a photoreceptor 1, a two-component development method that mixes toner 4a for circuit formation and magnetic carriers 4b to be a developer is used to electrostatically attach the toner for circuit formation to the electrostatic latent image, a circuit pattern-shaped image made of the toner for circuit formation is transferred onto the ceramic green sheet 10, and the image is subsequently fixed onto the ceramic green sheet 10 to form a circuit 11 on the ceramic green sheet 10, a magnet 5 is made close to or brought into contact with the circuit-formed surface of the ceramic green sheet 10 to thereby attractively removing carriers 4b stuck onto the ceramic green sheet 10 by the magnetic force of a magnet 5.
