PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information processing system that accurately performs a computation of health degree information by using base heart rate information, a wearable device, a server system, a program and the like.SOLUTION: A biological information processing system includes: a base heart rate information acquisition unit 120 for acquiring base heart rate information indicating a heart rate in a deep sleep state; a heart rate information acquisition unit 110 for acquiring heart rate information; and a health degree information computing unit 130 for obtaining health degree information indicating a health degree, on the basis of relative information of the base heart rate information and the heart rate information.
