PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device capable of achieving both an improvement in visibility of a liquid crystal display section and a reduction in power consumption.SOLUTION: A remote control device which can be installed on a wall face of a toilet room and operate a sanitary washing device comprises: a liquid crystal display section provided on a front surface of the remote control device; an operation button which is provided on an upper surface of the remote control device, made of a light transmissive member and moved in a vertical direction by operation of a user; an operation board where a contact point operated by pressing down operation of the operation button is fixed thereto; and a light guiding passage which is installed inside the remote control device and guides external light transmitting through the operation button to the liquid crystal display device. The operation board is arranged inside the remote control device in a state where a mounting face thereof is in parallel with a vertical direction of the remote control device. |
