PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery holder which allows smooth extraction of an insulation sheet even when a battery lid is pressed, and also to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the battery holder.SOLUTION: A battery holder 20 comprises: a battery housing part 30 having a bottom face 31 which faces a negative electrode cap of a coin-type battery housed therein; and a battery lid closing the battery housing part. The bottom face is provided with a negative-side contact terminal which is electrically connected to the negative electrode cap. An insulation sheet 50 can be disposed in an extractable manner between the bottom face and the negative electrode cap. The bottom face comprises: a contact part 36 which is brought into contact with the negative electrode cap; and an insulation sheet insertion part 34 which has a step recessed deeper than the contact part, and on which the insulation sheet is disposed. |
