PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safety rail movement preventing metal fittings which can support a safety rail installed in a light-weight sleeper so as not to move even if a wheel is derailed from a main track.SOLUTION: Movement preventing metal fittings 20 for a safety rail 5 installed in the gauge of a main track rail 1 fixed to the top face of a light-weight sleeper 12 at prescribed intervals comprises a floor board 21 fixed to the top face of the light-weight sleeper 12 in the gauge of the safety rail 5 and a bearing member 24 with a prescribed thickness formed with a length shorter than that of the head top 11 of the safety rail 5 and extending from the top face of the floor board 21 to the body side surface 8 of the safety rail 5. The bearing member 24 has a body contact end part 25 in contact with the vertical direction center part of the body side surface 8 of the safety rail 5.
