The present invention relates to a refrigerator door foaming mold for easily changing length. An external mold is formed in order to support an door external plate and is closed combined to the external plate when foaming agents are filled between the door external plate and a door internal plate of a refrigerator comprises: a base plate; a pair of side plates which are equipped in the base plate and are closely combined to both ends of the width direction of the door; a fixing plate which is fixed on the door external plate on order to support one end of the longitudinal of the door external plate; and a movable plate which is changed according to the length of the door external plate and is mounted to move forward and backward towards the fixing plate on the base plate in order to support the other end of the longitudinal direction of the door external plate. The present invention improves the quality of products since the external mold does not divided in order to be changed according to the kinds of refrigerators, facilitates a length change process and reduces time required in mold change.
