摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recharging system which can correctly determine the degree of deterioration of a built-in power source without changing the configuration of an electronic device, and provide an electronic device and a recharging device.SOLUTION: A recharging system 100 comprises: an electronic device 1 which has a chargeable built-in power source 24; a recharge control unit 81 for controlling recharging of the built-in power source; a voltage detection unit 82 for detecting the voltage of the built-in power source 24; a recharging device 60 for supplying power to the built-in power source 24 through the charging control unit 81; and a determination unit 22a for calculating and determining a degree of deterioration C/Cin of the built-in power source 24 on the basis of ratio &Dgr;Vin/&Dgr;V of voltage increase rate &Dgr;Vin which was acquired in the past to the voltage increase rate &Dgr;V of the built-in power source 24 which is acquired based on the voltage V of the built-in power source 24 detected at the time of recharging a constant current. When the voltage V of the built-in power source 24 detected by the voltage detection unit 82 is within a voltage increase rate acquisition range R0, the determination unit 22a obtains the voltage increase rate &Dgr;V of the built-in power source 24.
