<p>The cell (2) has a flow-through anode (3) which is traversed in a mode with dominant parallel or anti-parallel orientation to the flow of electrical current. Several devices are provided for controlling and/or regulation of electrolysis. An active chlorine adsorber (4) is provided for adsorption and reduction of free active chlorine, which are electrically isolated of anode and cathode (7), in the dominant mode of parallel or anti-parallel orientation to the flow of current. A narrow gap is formed between adsorber and cathode, through which secondary material flow (6) is received. An independent claim is included for method for electrolytic creation of chlorine dioxide.</p> |
