The present invention relates to a good quality bolt screening apparatus capable of mechanically checking bending of a bolt, checking an external state of the bolt using a vision camera, using an expensive vision system less often, reducing production costs, and simultaneously testing the bending and the external state of the bolt in one spot to improve productivity of the bolt. The present invention comprises: a supply rotary plate for including a settling groove to settle a supplied bolt in an external peripheral surface and interlocking with rotation of a main rotary shaft connected with the center; a discharge rotary plate for being in parallel with the main rotary shaft connected with the center of the supply rotary plate, connecting an auxiliary rotary shaft having the same rotation direction with the center, forming a discharge groove in an external peripheral surface, and being installed to leave a gap with the supply rotary plate; and a bolt bending screening unit for separating the bolt supplied from the supply rotary plate from the settling groove, preventing detachment of the bolt to be rotated between the supply rotary plate and the discharge rotary plate, checking whether the bolt is bent or not, moving the bolt to the discharge groove, including a pressurizing unit being installed in the upper part between the supply rotary plate and the discharge rotary plate and pressurizing the bolt, and including a sensor unit sensing an elevated width of the pressurizing unit. |
