PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which controls output from heating coils depending on an amount of change in temperature of a heating object before start of heating.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises a control unit 32 for reading a temperature of a top plate on which a heating object is placed from a temperature detection circuit 40 during a pot temperature detection period (10 minutes) before start of heating, calculating an amount of change in temperature during the pot temperature detection period, and controlling outputs from inverter circuits 33L, 33R depending on the amount of change at start of heating. |
