Disclosed are a block body using a flexible connector capable of constructing an environmentally friendly block structure and the block structure using the same. A hole and a groove are formed on a block and are used for connecting the blocks, fixing the block, and planting plants. The block box can be rapidly constructed on a soundproof wall; a retaining wall including a reinforced earth retaining wall; the bottom of a retarding basin; and a slope. The block body is efficiently installed on a curve unit and a straight unit with the flexible connector, and the block body has a structure capable of planting the plants so that the environmentally friendly block structure is constructed.
