PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper die which can suppress the displacement in a right and left direction when fixing firmly, after temporarily tacking the upper die in a upper die mounting groove of an upper die holder.SOLUTION: An upper die 9B attachable and detachable in a vertical direction to an upper die mounting groove 5 of a right and left direction equipped in a lower portion of an upper table 1 in a press brake includes an engagingly stopping piece 19A equipped with an engagingly stopping protrusion 31 engagingly stoppable to an engagingly stopping groove 7 in a right and left direction formed in upper die contacting surfaces 5F, 5R opposedly facing back and forth in the upper die mounting groove 5, and being equipped so as to be energized in a protruding direction freely retractably to the surface of the upper die 9B, wherein a lower surface 35 of the engagingly stopping protrusion 31 engagingly stopped to the upper die mounting groove 5 is formed in an inclined surface inclined so that the front end side of the engagingly stopping protrusion 31 becomes high, the lower surface 35 of the engagingly stopping protrusion 31 is formed to be a circular arc surface centered at the shaft center in a back and forth direction. Moreover, right and left both side surfaces 37L, 37R of the engagingly stopping protrusion 31 is inclined in a right and left direction so that the front end side of the engagingly stopping protrusion 31 becomes narrow gradually. |
