PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mount part on which an elastic member is mounted from being plastically deformed.SOLUTION: A fixing device comprises: heating member for heating a record medium; a pressure member for pressing the record medium; a first support part having a first mount part and supporting the heating member; a second support part having a second mount part and supporting the pressure member; an elastic member whose one end is mounted on the first mount part and whose other end is mounted on the second mount part and that presses the pressure member with elastic force to contact to the heating member; and a stopping member for stopping at least one of the first and second mount parts on a side of a direction of the load caused by the elastic force. |
