An embodiment relates to an illumination module integrated with a heat sink that solves a structural problem of restriction of the use of a 15W module manufactured for outdoor by using a single product, secures good cooling performance in a set and the single product, controls the tilt of a frame-type lamp, and reduces the thickness of products compared to existing products. The illumination module integrated with the heat sink according to the embodiment includes the illumination module and the heat sink integrated with the illumination module. The heat sink includes a heat radiation plate touching the lower part of the illumination module, first heat radiation fins arranged at regular intervals, second heat radiation fins arranged at regular intervals on each side of the heat radiation plate arranged on both outer sides of the heat radiation fin among the first heat radiation fins, and a tilt hole arranged to control the angle of the illumination module in the lower sides of the heat radiation plate. |
