The present invention relates to a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin composition and to a molded article including same, wherein the composition is characterized in that: heat resistance, weather resistance, thermal-aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, fatigue resistant property, melt viscosity, and parison stability are excellent due to the inclusion of a glycidyl modified ethylene-octene copolymer resin as a dual-purpose agent for chain extension/hydrolysis resistance in order to improve melt viscosity for extrusion molding, and to the increase in molecular weight through reactive extraction; and, in particular, blow moldability is excellent and there is no gelated material, and a balance of physical properties, moldability, and working environment is achieved by reducing odor-causing substances such as volatile organic compounds (TVOC) during blow molding. |
