A light reflection unit (160) is formed on one side or the other side of the resin layer. A supporting unit (161) for the light reflection unit is formed on the outer side of the light reflection unit. A diffusion plate (290) is formed on the upper surface of the resin layer. A first air gap (280) is formed between the resin layer and the diffusion plate.
