<p>A control unit (20) of this power supply apparatus calculates a battery voltage on the basis of a capacitor voltage and a resistance value of a resistor (14) of a pre-charge circuit (13), said capacitor voltage having been detected by means of a voltage sensor (17) during pre-charging, which is performed with a main relay unit (12) turned off, and a pre-charge relay unit (15) turned on. Then, a control unit (20) determines completion of the pre-charging on the basis of a change state quantity of the battery voltage.
