PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable cholesteric liquid crystal composition having favorable adhesion to a base material and capable of attaining a thin film with low haze and without unevenness; and a thin film excellent in appearance prepared using the polymerizable cholesteric liquid crystal composition.SOLUTION: A polymerizable cholesteric liquid crystal composition includes a compound having two specific polymerizable functional groups as a first ingredient, a polymerizable liquid crystal compound having one specific polymerizable functional group as a second ingredient, a chiral compound as a third ingredient, a photopolymerizable initiator as a fourth ingredient, a specific chain transfer agent as a fifth ingredient, and an additive for reducing the tilt angle of a liquid crystal compound at an air interface as a sixth ingredient. A thin film including the composition as a component is also provided. |
