The gypsum panel has a gypsum panel body and a decorative layer (2) applied on the gypsum panel body, where the decorative layer is formed from a multi-color print, which extends over an entire top surface of the gypsum panel. The decorative layer has a film, particularly a plastic film, and the film is provided with an aluminum layer on a side. The gypsum panel body is inflammable according to fire protection class B1. The fire protection class is not affected by the applied decorative layer. The decorative layer is provided with a lacquer layer. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a gypsum panel, particularly gypsum cardboard panel or gypsum fiber panel, for dry construction.
