The cooling- and refrigerating appliance comprises a refrigerant circuit with a capillary tube (10) that extends directly into an evaporator (20) without a bend before the inlet of the evaporator. The capillary tube and the evaporator have a stopper to limit the insertion depth of the capillary tube in the evaporator. A projection (12) is arranged in the stopper at the outer side of the capillary tube. The projection is arranged at the inner side of the evaporator. The stopper forms an integral component of the capillary tube and the evaporator.
