PURPOSE: A front end module is provided to improve isolation features between multiple paths corresponding to plural bands by applying features of the front end module to a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) switch unit(100) includes an antenna port, a first or a second transistor group, and a first or a second shunt transistor group. A resonant circuit unit(200) is formed between a group port and a ground unit. The resonant circuit unit includes a first or a second resonant device circuit(200-1~200-2n) which forms LC resonant in frequency which is previously established in the on state of the shunt transistor group. |
