PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a market of intellect by considering a lecture provided by a lecturer for students as merchandise in e-commerce, having the student who is a consumer evaluate the lecture provided by the lecturer who is a supplier, and linking the evaluation and a receiving amount of the lecturer.SOLUTION: A transmitting action of significant information is defined as a lecture, and a person who gives the lecture as a lecturer member and a person who receives it as a student member are registered as members in a head office operating a system. The head office mediates a combination of the members giving the lecture and execution, the student member pays a price of the lecture to the lecturer member through the head office, and thus settlement is made as an e-commerce transaction. The ratio of dividing the price between the lecturer member and the head office is linked with a multi-stage evaluation made for the lecture by the student member. |
