<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millable type silicone rubber compound giving a silicone rubber cured product excellent in compression set resistance characteristics; and a method for producing the silicone rubber composition. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed a production method for a millable type silicone rubber compound by mixing components (A) to (E), and heat treating, where 25 mass% or more to required addition amount of (B)is added and uniformly mixed and kneaded with components (A), (C) and (D), then (E) and remaining (B) are added and mixed uniformly. (A) is an organopolysiloxane with a degree of polymerization of 100 or more; (B) is reinforcing silica; (C) is alkoxysilane of R<SP POS="POST">2</SP><SB POS="POST">m</SB>Si(OR<SP POS="POST">3</SP>)(II), wherein R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is H or monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>is alkyl group; m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; (D) water; (E) hexaorganodisilazane of R<SP POS="POST">4</SP><SB POS="POST">3</SB>SiNHSiR<SP POS="POST">4</SP><SB POS="POST">3</SB>(III), wherein R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is monovalent hydrocarbon group; or ammonia water,. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
