摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure capable of securing high sealing performance and having high flexibility of material selection when there is a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between a first member 1 and a second member 2. <P>SOLUTION: In the sealing structure for sealing the coupled parts of the first member 1 and the second member 2 different from each other in thermal expansion coefficient, a recessed part 12 is formed in the coupled part of the first member 1, a projected part 22 is formed in the coupled surface of the second member 2, the thermal expansion coefficient of the first member is set higher than that of the second member. The recessed part 12 of the first member 1 and the projected part 22 of the second member are fitted into each other in a close fit condition while a sealing material 3 is fused between the recessed part 12 of the first member 1 and the projected part 22 of the second member 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
