PURPOSE: An underground line installing apparatus for extra high voltage transmission and distribution is provided to stably support an electric line from a distribution apparatus and to protect the electric line against an external flame. CONSTITUTION: A flame spread preventing device(80) includes a top panel(81b), a bottom panel(81a), and a door(81c). The bottom panel includes a first through hole(81a1) and a step groove(81a2). The top panel includes a second through hole(81b1). The door includes a protrusion(81c1) and is rotatably installed in the top panel. An extinguisher receiving device(81) is installed on the upper side of the body. A plurality of extinguishers(82) include extinguishing powder and are received in the extinguisher receiving device. |
