PURPOSE: A link type mandrel for preventing scratches is provided to prevent defects such as stress or scratches inside a pipe and to maximize the productivity by increasing the banding speed. CONSTITUTION: A link type mandrel for preventing scratches comprises a moving part and a sliding part. The moving part induces the straight reciprocating movement of a sliding bar by a driving force, and puts in or takes out a material to be processed by banding. The sliding part is integrated to the front end part of the moving part. The sliding part comprises a first rotating member, a second rotating member, a pair of rotary shafts, and a link member. The first and the second rotating members are separately arranged to the upper side and the lower side. A pair of rotary shafts induces rotation by penetration through the center of the first and the second rotation members. One end of the link member is coupled with both front ends of the upper and the lower rotary shafts, and the other end is individually coupled with both sides of the front end part of the sliding bar. A connection hole(12) is punched at the front end portion of the sliding bar for connecting with the link member. |
