<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of effectively notifying information on the charging state of an energy storage part of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle is notified of the destination and/or the running route, and the vehicle is connected to an external energy source (22).
