<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition with which each group of a metal and a metal, the metal and an organic material, and the organic material and the organic material can be joined, that has toughness, and that can maintain excellent adhesion strength under high temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, and a curing agent.
